Hi Bill. I like your green-screening especially with Google Earth in the background. More importantly though, I’m forwarding this video to my cousin who’s finishing up culinary school and also making a note of this place just in case I’m in Calvert County or looking to go somewhere different.

Great interview (saw the link via a Jaiku contact). I’m a fan of restaurants with “scratch kitchens” and menus that change a lot based on what’s available locally. I’m digging the name Saphron also.

The food there’s really good also… Really has that hand-prepared, not processed texture and taste to it.
