Thanks for the props! :D It's absolutely true. It takes such a load off when you realize that not everyone has to do their best work or even attempt the hard jobs. As long as the team leaders know how to make the evening fun for the rest of the guys, help them do what THEY do best and everyone benefits. It's like in football.
