Having nothing better to do with my life, I decided about 5 minutes ago that I’m going to attempt to make myself 190 lbs… just to see how it is.
My previous weight limit was 160 lbs, but I passed that pretty easily the last time I started working out. I made it to around 163 or 165 IIRC. The last time I was serious about the gym was a week after the last post I made to my Gym category… whenever that was.
Do I think I’m going to make it? No. :D It would mean I’m putting on at least 20 lbs, assuming that I’m currently 170, which I doubt.
We’ll see what happens. I’ll keep y’all informed. ;)

uhm, so where is THIS relationship going?? Do you want to be the dude that out of boredom decided to gain 20lbs and then realized that his body adjusted and now it WONT come off???
Do you want to be walking down the street and have sum chick say “damn, he a cheeseburger away from BLOWING THE EFF UP!”. lol
and dont say it will be muscle… your body wont care. when it adjust it will adjust! Trust me I’ve adjusted! :(

My system only carries a certain amount of weight. Any heavier and I start sweating, which I normally don’t. The weight comes right off and I “top out” at a particular point. That point used to be 160, so I want to see what the ceiling is now. I sincerely doubt I’ll get anywhere NEAR 190 or even 180.
On top of that, I’ve had my first setback hahaha. I’m not used to eating a lot, so I had a big lunch and suddenly realized/remembered that gaining weight doesn’t just require eating and working out but also SLEEPING, which I don’t do much of either. I’m going to have to strategically plan my eating during the day haha. This is going to be interesting! :D

Unforeseen problem. :)
Apparently, my system isn’t used to my eating a lot. I eat for fun, in general. I rarely eat until I’m full, because I’m just not interested in that. So yesterday, I’m like let me get this weight thing on, right? :D So I have this gigantic lunch and then I’m promptly knocked out asleep for a couple of hours. :/
No good.
The obvious problem there is that I have to be AWAKE in order to eat a lot of food over a 24 hour period. I incorrectly assumed I could increase my caloric intake while maintaining my daily efficiency. I’m going to have to try going the energy route instead of the calorie route. I can put on weight by gaining muscle mass by having more energy to work out with. If that doesn’t work, I’m pretty screwed on this project. :D
Also, I went to lunch with a friend today that said The. Exact. Same. Thing that Frank said hahaha about my putting on weight and it going to the wrong places and my not being able to get rid of it hahaha ugh.
