I met this gal a couple of weeks ago who told me she could hear what other people think.

I don’t know enough about life to say that this is impossible, but I can say in her “defense” that *I* can feel what other people are feeling, which is one of the things that makes The Kid so effective with the ladies, heh heh :D so actually hearing things people aren’t saying isn’t so far off from detecting emotions from people that aren’t telling you how they’re feeling.

However, for the purpose of this article, let’s assume that’s an actual talent that your girlfriend had… HOW. MUCH. WOULD. THAT. *SUUUUUUUUCK*??? :D Read the rest of this entry »

Reader “Gina” asked me a question, which I’ll paraphrase and then talk about:

Gina met a guy on the internet and eventually went on an IRL date with him where their conversation about past history and near-future life goals seemed to be in sync and they both enjoyed the date.

They went out on another couple of dates and progressed to making out. They also went dancing together. After their fourth date, she went to his crib and had what she called “unexpected sex”.

Let’s say she was less than perfectly prepared to give it up that night, hehe. She proceeded to have the normal female “buyer’s remorse” reaction to dropping her drawers faster than she thought she would. The general sex was protected, the oral wasn’t.

Reader “Jackie” asked me yesterday how come a guy that enjoys spending time with her and seems to be romantically interested in her hasn’t made any moves after she gave him a kiss one day. I’m reposting my response to her question here since it’s a topic I feel I *SHOULD* have posted about a long time ago, but somehow never did until today.

Here are some potential reasons why the guy you’re dating won’t kiss a gal or escalate the relationship after she gives him the green light by kissing him first:

1. He’s scared of you, physically.

He likes you and is probably sexually attracted to you, but he can’t see himself puttin’ in work on you that would make you appreciate him more and take your relationship in a positive direction rather than a negative direction. *NOTE*: I wrote all these before I saw a picture of Jackie, so having nothing to go on, I assumed that she was attractive when I considered the answers to her question. As we move forward into 2010, Guilt By Association is going to become a major issue. This year, the civilians found out about Twitter and flooded it with new connections. Sites like Facebook have seen dramatic increases in membership, bringing increases in connections and shared media. If you’re involved in “the game”, sooner or later, you’re going to be associated with someone controversial either on a local scale or an international scale. When/if that time comes, you’re going to have to decide how you’re going to deal with people’s new perception of you based on something you had nothing to do with, whatsoever.
