Things got pretty busy for me after we ran into each other in Union Square a bunch of months ago. I switched from doing entertainment shows to doing corporate video and you’d be entirely amazed how many companies aren’t doing video at all or if they are, they’re doing it completely wrong or in a fashion that makes them look like they’re playing games more than doing business.

I started a new site, BillCQC.com for doing video editing & production tutorials, but I haven’t even gotten back to updating THAT in months because I’ve had so much other stuff to do.

Keep up the good work.. Don’t try to do everything well. Try to do one thing excellently and a bunch of other things well enough. Make alliances with people who do things better than you do and need your assistance on things they don’t do well. Focus on your best skill and then branch out from there, one skill at a time.

You’ll probably also like my “Time” series [link] that I’m not done with yet but am going to compile into an eBook eventually. When you first get started, it seems like money’s the most important thing, but when your clients get their budgets right, TIME becomes the most important issue, because people will want more hours from you than there are in a day!
