Video: Bill Cammack discusses Gain Staging on the 2-Buss (Mix Buss, Stereo Buss…)
It’s been my experience that making less money on a more consistent basis leads to making more money.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Profit_motive – “In economics, the profit motive is the motivation of firms that operate so as to maximize their profits. Mainstream microeconomic theory posits that the ultimate goal of a business is to make money. Stated differently, the reason for a business’s existence is to turn a profit.”
The reason why people work is to get paid.
Yes, there are some people who work so they have a sense of actual purpose in life.
Other than that, people don’t like working for free. For that, they could be sleeping or screwing for free.
Too much “Profit Motivation” isn’t necessarily a good thing for your business. Continue reading “Reverse Engineering The Profit Motive”
End of this series. I’m over it. Back to the fun stuff! >:D
Regardless of whether we find out years from now via declassified documents that the 2016 USA election was tampered with, one thing is for certain which I knew way before people voted.
I’m from Manhattan, NYC. I vote as an Independent, but this is basically a Democrat town, other than the borough of Staten Island, which apparently votes Republican.
In cities, we live vertically, not horizontally, meaning that hundreds of people might share the same lobby of a hi-rise apartment building.
This is different from living in the sticks where people have houses, lawns, and most importantly LAWN SIGNS.
Every person that I know… **EVERY** person that I know who had to drive past people’s actual houses in their daily routine reported **ONLY** seeing Trump signs on people’s lawns. Continue reading “Loser Society – Epilogue”
It doesn’t matter how many people are in the building if they all know that the wolf eats rabbits.
Here’s the thing. At the end of the day, dudes want to get laid. We all have different processes for making that happen.
Some of us are simply attractive dudes, so that’s the end of that story. No magic or special techniques involved. Chicks just like us. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Other guys pay for sex. Other guys barter for sex. Other guys attempt NLP. Other guys utilize influence and/or coercion. Other guys write songs. Other guys use drugs & alcohol. Other guys offer marriage…
Regardless of the technique, the bottom line is that attractive women need to remain vigilant because any guy that wants them is scheming to get them regardless of what they think or feel. Continue reading “Regarding The Casting Couch”
What ethical responsibility do we have to consider problems that are not our own?
I love this story so much I’ve told it a thousand times 😀 but I was sitting at a bar in a restaurant in midtown Manhattan, NYC, USA, with my excellent homegirl, sipping drinks that cost a gazillion dollars, and explaining to her something about how I was trying to understand how it feels to be an assembly line worker whose only skill as far as earning potential was putting a door on a car.
Obviously I wasn’t trying at that very second! 😀 but I meant that mentally, philosophically, emotionally, I was attempting to access the same set of feelings I might have had in a circumstance like that.
I originally started thinking about this mainly from seeing the documentary Roger & Me:
If you eat squirrels, I think you’re a primitive savage.
I hold the door for people. I hold the door for old people. I hold the door for young people.
… No, I’m not a doorman… 😀
I thank people for holding the door for me. I like to reward their generosity by offering them obvious appreciation.
For the sake of discussion, let’s call these “values”.
Where did I get these values? o_O Continue reading “Where Did Your Values Come From?”
Life is a Meritocracy. Get some Merit.
I’m really really really tired of losers talking about other people being losers. 😀
I don’t want to hear about your mediocre IQ when you live in a ******* basement and have no earning potential. Continue reading “You Live In A Basement, B. [Loser Society]”
For certain people, complaining is better than acting because they can still pretend they could have won if they had acted.
Over the past 3 weeks, I needed background chatter while I was doing some IRL work, so I ended up listening to a lot of people give a lot of opinions about the same topic.
Some people were smart. Some were dumb. Some were educated (which is different from smart). Some were uneducated. Some had jobs. Some didn’t. Some had women. Some didn’t.
After a while of this, I realized that as I considered all the information these disparate people had presented me, all I personally had was a bunch of complaints and no feasible action plan.
I found this odd, and then started specifically searching for content where someone, ANYONE had offered a viable plan to cure their desperation.
Nobody has one. Not one.
They’re all these far-fetched, fantasy-laden ideas that if if if if and IF this and that, THEN we can win.
This has to do more to drive these people deeper into their depression than to offer them a life preserver out of it. Continue reading “Complaining Versus Acting [Loser Society]”
Unfortunately, this fraudulent concept has now been unveiled by Globalism, and people are currently losing their minds.
I was watching a documentary the other day that had been filmed in Germany or Poland or somewhere and the native dude tells the cameraman (according to the subtitles I was reading) “Look at those black guys over there.”
They were at a fish market or something and the next camera angle showed fish on display to be sold and a few Chinese dudes. (Maybe the documentary was in Russia and those were Mongols. Dunno.)
As a documentary editor, I was waiting for the camera to pan from the Chinese dudes to show the black dudes.
It never happened and then it went back to the native dude who was speaking so I was like “what an error.”
Next, I backed the video up to see if I had read the subtitle incorrectly. I hadn’t.
Letting the video play, I realized that the Chinese dudes that had been used as the b-roll cutaway ***WERE*** the so-called black dudes that the native dude was talking about.
The immediate lesson being that if you don’t have any actual black people where you live, ***SOMEBODY*** has to be black.
I don’t devalue people’s obsession with money, but the value of money isn’t having it, it’s what you can do with it.
At the end of the proverbial day, something has to mean something.
Not “something” has to mean “something”, but “something” has to “mean something”.
It has to mean something TO YOU. It doesn’t matter if you can explain the meaning of it to anyone else.
I think a lot of people get caught up in worrying about, thinking about, and acting because of what something means to someone else, which is why they don’t feel sated. Continue reading “What Difference Does It Make? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯”
