So, I read this update by this chick, right?.. Saying that some dude did her wrong, right? 😀
Of course, being a logical human being, I think that means she learned her lesson, so I put in my real, honest two cents about the situation and wake up to find out that she’s unfriended me or blocked me or whatever.
Not only that, but the comment I had left in her thread was deleted.
This is why nobody tells you the truth.
You can’t handle the truth. Continue reading “Why Nobody Tells You The Truth”
Now.. Before you start crying about the title, haha “Girls don’t have friends that are guys” is a direct quote from Vinny on Jersey Shore, from when Sammi was trying to convince Ronnie that this other guy she invited to come see her at a club was a “friend” of hers.
I already talked about that situation in “We’re Just Friends!!!”, so go check that out if you want the background details from the episode. Right now, I want to speak generally about people who pretend to be “friends” with other people. Continue reading “Girls Don’t Have Friends That Are Guys”
“I can’t beWeave it! 🙂 I can’t beWeave it! :)” is the joke that some friends and I would share back in the day, to indicate that we didn’t believe that a female in the vicinity was sporting her own hair.
Little did I know at the time that we were actually talking about extensions and not weaves. I didn’t actually become hip to the concept of hair additions that didn’t look fake until several years later.
I mean, I knew about wigs, but I didn’t know you could (would) actually attach them to someone’s head and have them rock it like a permanent hat.
I’m thinking about this because I finally saw Chris Rock’s film “Good Hair” yesterday, and it was way more educational than I had suspected. Continue reading “I can’t BeWeave It! (“Good Hair”)”
Cockblocking normally occurs when nosey-ass chicks refuse to mind their own business and attempt to stop a guy from getting laid.
There are other times, however, when it’s a GUY’S fault that a GAL doesn’t get to meet a guy she might like to hook up with. o_O Continue reading “Fellaz: Stop Cockblocking The Ladies!”
Reader “Elly” requested an article about “Why men always come back” and I informed her that that would be a one-word article. 😀
We all know what that one word IS, so I won’t bother to take the easy way out. 😀 Continue reading “Why Men Come Back (And Why Women Don’t)”
It’s rare that I hear anything of actual interest on “Reality Television” shows, but on this week’s “Real World: DC”, Andrew said in the confessional that he doesn’t trust women… Across the board… Like, women IN GENERAL, he doesn’t trust.
They threw in a sound bite about him being aware that his mother cheated on his father. That was probably the deepest revelation in the show about him because he’s made a career out of NOT giving up any personal information about himself. In fact, the reason this came up was that the girl he’s now calling “girlfriend” told him that she feels like he’s holding back, which has been his Modus Operandi the entire show.
I also found it interesting that he invoked “Bros Before Hoes” not once, but TWICE in episode 2311, as well as mentioning his “Wingman Responsibilities”… Continue reading “Does He Trust You? [RW:DC, Part 03]”
