Degenerates must be disavowed and/or denounced, or you’ll wind up in the same boat with them.
All of a sudden, everybody wants to write and record think pieces, except a lot of them aren’t thinkers.
To make matters worse, they have no actual life experience to base their thoughts on.
So for instance you will have someone who has never had an abortion giving their uneducated opinion about abortions.
And then you will have someone who hasn’t ever considered abortion as a factor in their real lives giving their uneducated opinion about abortions.
And then you will have guys that can’t even get girlfriends giving their uneducated opinions about abortions.
See, if you don’t have any women, and especially if you never did, nobody cares about your opinions about women.

One of the things these non-thinkers don’t realize about real life is that they will be judged by the worst people they are affiliated with.

There isn’t enough time in the day for winning and whining.
A lot of people want to debate a lot of topics these days.
What they don’t realize is that by selecting certain topics, they’re telling on themselves as the losers they are.
The people I know are busy trying to do better than they already are.
They’re trying to be a better person today than they were yesterday.
Other people are consistently whining and complaining about things they know they’re never going to do anything about.
I suppose they get kicks or some kind of emotional gratification from people feeling sorry for them.
Maybe they’re mistaking their bitching and moaning for actual progress.
Dunning-Kruger informs us that there are people who aren’t smart enough to realize that they’re dumb.
Now that the gatekeepers are gone, these idiots are free to tell us what they think because THEY THINK that what they think is intelligent.

Inc.com just published an article about Google studying successful team traits. What they came up with was:

The first four are clear, but I found #5 interesting:
We’ve all been in meetings and, due to the fear of seeming incompetent, have held back questions or ideas. I get it. It’s unnerving to feel like you’re in an environment where everything you do or say is under a microscope.
But imagine a different setting. A situation in which everyone is safe to take risks, voice their opinions, and ask judgment-free questions. A culture where managers provide air cover and create safe zones so employees can let down their guard. That’s psychological safety.
I know, not the quantitative data that you were hoping for. However, Google found that teams with psychologically safe environments had employees who were less likely to leave, more likely to harness the power of diversity, and ultimately, who were more successful.
Obviously, I’m not Google, and I don’t give a flying **** about team-building.
